Wat Intharawat, also known as Wat Ton Kwen, in Chiang Mai is truly a hidden gem! I recently had a photo shoot there, and it was an unforgettable experience. The temple’s serene beauty and traditional Lanna architecture are absolutely captivating. Right in front of the temple, there’s a shop that rents Lanna costumes – the only one in the area. The rental fee includes hairstyling and dressing assistance, although makeup is not included. Wearing the traditional attire really enhances the experience and makes for stunning photos that capture the essence of Lanna culture. I highly recommend hiring the photographer as a solo traveller. The prices are more than reasonable. If you’re planning to visit, don’t miss the chance to immerse yourself in the beauty of this temple.
