#0 yen trip I visited Yusuke Hakata Honten during a trip to Fukuoka. They said they had live squid sashimi that day, and since there were two of us, I ordered a small piece of squid. I also ordered a three-piece sashimi platter, which was served with the live squid sashimi, and it was very luxurious. After enjoying the extremely fresh squid, I was told that I could have it grilled or fried, so I wanted to try both, and they kindly did both for me. I also had fried chicken, rolled omelette, salad, and to finish off, I had sea bream chazuke and sesame mackerel chazuke. The seasonal fish was fresh and delicious, and I was very satisfied with all the dishes. The drinks were served smoothly, and the staff were polite. The private rooms were luxurious and very nice, so I would like to visit again.
