The First Tower of Qiongzhou.

Located on the west bank of the Meishe River along Guoxing Avenue in Haikou City, Mingchang Tower, also known as the "First Tower of Qiongzhou," was originally built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. The reconstructed Mingchang Tower is octagonal in shape, with a reinforced concrete structure, and stands at a total height of 33m. Situated within a riverside park, the tower complements the skyscrapers along Guoxing Avenue, narrating the city's historical transformations.
