Haikou’s Colonial Old District

The Baroque style of carvings, door frames, window frames and other decorations combined with its arcade architecture makes Qilou Old Street 骑楼老街 such a stylish place in downtown Haikou! This old part of the city is a remnant of its history as a port inhabited some years ago by the Brits, French and Americans. Zhongshan Road(Last picture) is also part of the area. You can find cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops. Fresh and chilled coconut water is a must!Feel free to grab a Hello Bike and explore around!
