[Kanagawa] Mountain Diary | Hiking while watching the cherry blossoms 🥾

We went hiking to "Kobo-yama Park", which is about 1 hour and 10 minutes away from Shinjuku! Kobo-yama Park is made up of three mountains: Mt. Asama, Mt. Gongen, and Mt. Kobo. It's a low mountain with a height of 243m, so even beginners can easily start hiking. It takes about an hour to reach the summit, so it's a great way to get some exercise after a long time. In early April, the Somei-Yoshino cherry blossoms are in full bloom, so you can see the vivid scenery. There are tables and chairs at various points on the way to the summit, so we recommend bringing a lunch box and relaxing!
