They sold ice cream, parked taxi drivers, and slept.... We only looked at it from the outside and took pictures. Halong Bay as seen from the Halong Bay Exhibition Hall was also beautiful. We walked around the area and took a taxi straight to the hotel. The building is futuristic, so it feels like Dongdaemun Plaza in Korea~
