🌕 Gyeongju Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, Strolling through the Night of Silla

#Domestic travel Donggung and Wolji, Gyeongju's representative night view spots, are special places where you can feel the history and beauty of Silla at the same time. Wolji, built in the 14th year of King Munmu's reign (674), is where the princes of Silla lived and enjoyed banquets along with Donggung, which was the royal palace's separate palace. You can get a glimpse of the splendid royal court culture of the time.  During the day, the quiet pond and the surrounding antique buildings create a peaceful atmosphere, and at night, the lights come on to provide a fantastic night view. In particular, the lights that are turned on from sunset until 10 p.m. create a romantic atmosphere with the reflections on the pond.
