Short Climb, Sweet Views

#summervacay Checked out Gubongsan in Yongin recently, and honestly? Loved it. It’s one of those hikes that doesn’t ask too much from you but still gives you the I did a thing feeling. The trail’s short and pretty beginner-friendly, some stairs, a few mild slopes, nothing too crazy. You could totally do it in sneakers, and it’s perfect if you’re not looking to turn your legs into jelly. The vibe is peaceful the whole way up. Lots of trees, birds doing their thing, and random quiet spots where you can just stop and breathe. The summit's not sky-high or anything, but the views are still awesome, you get a clean shot of the surrounding hills and a little peek at the city in the distance. There’s also a chill little rest area up top where you can sit, snack, and feel superior to everyone stuck indoors. Not super crowded either, which is always a plus. If you want a quick escape into nature without making it a whole day trip, Gubongsan totally delivers. Would 100% go back.
