The view is better at Harbor Coffee, but it feels like you're floating on the river. However, the coffee here is much better. It's a little better than Terra Rossa in many ways. It would be nice to sit down and read a book on a weekday, but the antique chairs might not be comfortable. The middle-aged Harley motorcycle group is taking a break, and couples and families are also crowded together, but there are not many people because the weather suddenly got cold.
