[Outing-Damyang Edition] ๐ŸƒSlow City๐Ÿƒ I visited Damyang Changpyeong Samjinae Village, the first slow city in Asia. When I went, there were almost no people, so it was really quiet! Hanoks are located along the stone walls, so every corner of the place is a photo zone. Gwangju Art Polygon + Missionary Residence The Yanglim-dong area of โ€‹โ€‹Gwangju Metropolitan City is where foreign missionaries made their nests. They farmed, did missionary work, and spread culture here. They received support from their home country, but they also felt like self-supporting missionaries. They grew grains like pecans that they ate in their hometown and sold the surplus. At the time, it took months to ship, so they came to the barren Korean Peninsula with a sense of mission.
