Hwadam Botanical Garden - South Korea
#Autumn attractions
Hwadam Botanical Garden 🌳🍂
Hwadam Botanical Garden is a large garden that is a place to
travel during the autumn season. It comes with a super cute highlight,
such as the Monorail train that lets us sit and enjoy the atmosphere
around the garden comfortably. Let me tell you, it's so beautiful that it screams.
I love it so much. There are flower zones, pink grass fields, pine trees, bonsai,
aquariums, bird watching, and insect watching.
🍁 This time, I was lucky to have a Korean friend help me
book tickets. However, for foreigners who want to come, you can
come early in the morning to walk-in and buy tickets at the front. Then
try to see which round you will get in.
🚝 For the Monorail train from Station 1 up the mountain,
I must say that tickets are impossible to find. They are fully booked for a month. However, if you
re really interested in riding it and don't have a ticket purchased in advance, you can ride it at Station 2 and 3, but it will be on the way down the mountain.
The staff recommended that it is not necessary to ride it. However, if you want to ride it,
you can buy a ticket at the station.
🚶🏻♀️Walking around the garden here means walking up the mountain. The distance is not too far.
The walkway is easy to walk, but it requires quite a bit of energy.
You should be prepared.
🎟️ The entrance fee for adults is 10,000 won per person.
📍 Hwadam Botanical Garden, Gyeonggi-do
🚉 It takes about 1.5 hours from Seoul to get there.
Get off at Gonjiam Station and take a taxi for another 15 minutes.
For the return trip, it is recommended to contact the staff at the hotel.
Downstairs or the guard standing there to help call a car.
Because people in that area don't often use kakao Taxi, it may be a bit difficult to call back.
