El Olivo, full of Spanish sensibility

El Olivo is a Spanish restaurant located near Seonbawi Station in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. As you can see, the atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing. I took a lot of pictures almost from the moment I entered until I left. So I was confused trying to choose ten pictures from there 🤣🤣🤣 What we ate at that time was one of El Olivo's set menus, the SEGOVIA set. Segovia is the name of a Spanish region where a Spanish classical guitarist lived. El Olivo also uniquely named their sets after famous people in Spain? I don't know much because I'm not an art major, but you know! ㅎㅎㅎㅎ The Segovia set (100.0) is a set menu for two consisting of bread, ensalada, ham, gambas, Iberico plancha, paella, postre, and coffee. Well... everything else was just okay, but out of them, the three that I remember the most were ham, Iberico plancha, and paella. Hamon is raw ham made by maturing Iberico without cooking it, and oh... this texture was amazing! It was soft and refreshing? If I could eat it again, it was a menu that I would want to eat again. Iberico plancha was pork loin? That was a dish that was soft and good, and especially the mushrooms and eggplants that came with it were cooked just right, so they were delicious! Paella is a rice dish that is made with seafood, broth, rice, etc. and cooked in various ways, but we went there without eating rice, so we were hungry ㅜㅜㅜㅜ But I was happy(?) because it was filling...☆ So I was full, but for dessert, I had postre and coffee... Even the flowers, you eat them. It felt a bit like an azalea flower festival(?)ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's been a long time since I've seen edible flowers, haha. Anyway, I ate well!
