Gushan District, Kaohsiung City ｜ Sizzling Burger

Sizzling Burger is a burger restaurant that I came across while taking a walk after visiting the Light Rail Totoro Tunnel. I was attracted by the bright decoration with lightning and yellow and white colors. The name "Sizzling" refers to the sizzling sound of grilled steaks, and the lightning sign tells you that the burgers are so delicious that it feels like an electric shock! Sizzling Burger specializes in old-fashioned burgers fermented with natural yeast, American beef brisket, hand-beaten beef steaks and homemade sauces. The high-quality and innovative burger experience makes me miss Taipei even when I return. Although the "Sizzling Burger" is a basic entry-level item, the perfect combination of bread, juicy steak, lettuce and sauce is really a must-try; the "Fried Steak Burger" completely locks in the gravy after the steak is fried, and the Sriracha-flavored sauce is the icing on the cake. It is a heavy-flavored burger. I really hope Sizzling Burger will open a store in Taipei!
