One-Day Tour of Guiyang Aha Lake National Wetland Park

💐🌺🥗Aha Lake National Wetland Park, located on Yan'an South Road in Huaxi District, Guiyang, covers a total area of 1,218 hectares and boasts beautiful scenery. Conveniently located, the bus stop of the same name serves as the starting and ending point for numerous bus routes. Arriving at the park a little after 8am, I entered through the north gate and followed Xiaochehe Road, passing by Azalea Valley, the Dong Drum Tower, and Mick Town before finally reaching the Aha Reservoir. I returned by the same route, taking the one-way sightseeing bus for 10 yuan per person. I recommend allowing 4–5 hours for your visit. 🌈Attractions🌈 Dong Drum Tower The Dong Drum Tower is a building with distinctive ethnic characteristics. Constructed with rot-resistant wood and mortise and tenon joints, the drum tower's pillars rise majestically, with horizontal and vertical beams interlocking seamlessly. Using the principle of leverage, the structure is supported layer by layer. There's also a covered bridge here, and it's bustling with visitors. Mick Town This is an amusement park within the park, featuring various large-scale rides (fees apply). Locker service is available with a deposit (it took a while to get it back, so be aware). You can also catch the sightseeing bus here. Aha Reservoir This reservoir has a capacity exceeding 60 million cubic meters. There's a small island in the center, and you can take a local boat to the island for a fee. I took a few panoramic photos, but due to safety reasons, there are railings with only small gaps for taking pictures.🌷🌸🌼
