This time, we stayed at the amazing Orange Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Elephant Trunk Hill). - In short: city center + 270° mountain and river views + free family-friendly services = the whole family will be speechless with praise! 👇🏻 Our experience: 🌏 Open the window to a 5A scenic area! 👉🏻 The room faces the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and our kid loved counting the boats from the window. The night view is so beautiful it looks like it's been photoshopped! 👉🏻 5-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill, 10 minutes to Li Zongren's Former Residence, and downstairs is a snack street. Take your kids on a city walk! 👉🏻 Driving? Free parking lot + "driving instructor" grandpa to help you park in narrow spaces! - 🛏️ The view room is amazing! ✅ We upgraded to a 270° floor-to-ceiling window room (a bit more expensive than the basic room), and the whole family loved it! ✅ Smart home voice control, our kid didn't want to leave: "Xiaodu, open the curtains!" ✅ Heated smart toilet + King Koil mattress, our kid fell asleep instantly, and I finally got to watch some TV! - 🍊 So many family-friendly surprises! ☑️ Unlimited sugar oranges in the lobby, our kid ate two plates every day! ☑️ The delivery robot is so cute, our kid chased it around saying "thank you!" ☑️ Free New Year's Eve fireworks on the rooftop terrace, no crowds, and you can enjoy a late-night snack while you watch! - 🍜 Breakfast is amazing! 🔥 Freshly cooked Guilin rice noodles/orange peel beef noodles + 50+ dishes, and there's even a children's buffet! 🔥 Bear buns/mini burgers/fruit skewers, even picky eaters will love it! 🔥 The restaurant staff even cut up apples for us, I was so touched! - 🧺 Family-friendly facilities ☑️ Free laundry room on the 2nd floor, dirty clothes are clean by the evening! ☑️ Gym with mountain views, our kid got to play while I worked out ☑️ Children's books + sand toys available at the front desk, no need to bring your own! - 💌 Tips: 1️⃣ Only two view rooms on the 8th and 9th floors! Call a week in advance to reserve 2️⃣ Huazhu Gold members get free breakfast for two + late check-out 3️⃣ Ask the front desk for a "family walking route," the hidden spots at Elephant Trunk Hill are great for photos! -
