I was really surprised by this hotel in Guilin...

I thought it would be easy to choose a hotel in the city, but it was harder than in Yangshuo. In the end, I wanted to take the high-speed rail 🚅 home, so I randomly chose this hotel near Guilin Station. It far exceeded my expectations. 🏨Hotel: Versailles Hotel 📍Near Guilin Station, convenient for travel It's just a few minutes' walk from the right side of the exit of Guilin Station 🚅. The tall building looks very powerful. Elephant Trunk Hill, Two Rivers and Four Lakes, the pedestrian street, and East-West Alley are in the direction of the city center, and Wanda Plaza is behind the hotel. It only takes a few minutes to take a taxi 🚖 to these places. The hotel is on a main road, so it's very convenient to take a taxi or ride a shared bike. ❤️Complete facilities, excellent service Our family of four booked a family room. It was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping when I'm out, so it was a pleasant surprise to sleep until morning. My sister and brother really liked the children's bedding and ⛺️tent. They even said they wanted to buy the bedding and use it at home, haha. The hotel's laundry room was just what I needed. My two kids play all day and need to change their clothes a lot. The hotel also offers a service to deliver your clothes to your room after washing and drying, which really lightened my load! ⛰️Rich breakfast, good restaurant view The hotel's top-floor restaurant offers a buffet breakfast. It's very rich. I personally really like the soy milk 🫕 here. It's the best I've had in all the hotels I've stayed at in Guilin. My two kids especially like rice noodles. They never get tired of them in Guilin, haha. Because the hotel building is quite tall, you can see the ⛰️mountain view in the distance from the restaurant. It's very characteristic of Guilin and something we can't see in the north. Shortcomings: The restaurant is on the 11th floor, so you need to take the elevator and then the stairs. It's not as convenient as taking the elevator directly for those with young babies. Overall, considering the hotel's location, facilities, service, and price, I would choose to stay here again if I come to Guilin in the future.
