You don't have to go to Guizhou to see a waterfall wonderland, Guilin has one too!

Visiting Guilin, apart from enjoying the misty Lijiang River and the ink-like landscapes, there are actually many lesser-known waterfalls. This time, Ah Huan has found a very niche mountain spring waterfall. Located within the Guangxi Huaping Nature Reserve, it takes a winding mountain road with eighteen turns to get there from the city area, approximately two hours' drive, with the road being high and perilous. But once we arrived, we found the scenic spot to be very beautiful, with a big yellow dog greeting and seeing off visitors at the entrance of the management area. The mountain spring water is very clear and you can see to the bottom, serene and tranquil. Currently, it's not the rainy season, so the water flow isn't very large, but you can hear the sound of the water rushing from a distance, and as you get closer, you can feel the moisture of the water vapor. 📍Hongtan Waterfall, Lingui District, Guilin tips: Drive there, park at the Hongtan Waterfall Management Station. It's about a 15-minute walk to the waterfall spot, be sure to wear anti-slip shoes. The mountain road is quite difficult to navigate, drive safely, and make sure to fill up on gas!
