Visiting the zoo after the Dragon Boat Festival rain is really cool and comfortable. I have to say, the animals here seem so happy~ You can feel their carefree life here, and the air smells like freedom~ However, going every year inevitably means crowds! Especially during winter and summer vacations, the lines can make you question life. This time, I seriously summarized my experience. Follow my guide, and taking kids won’t be tiring, plus no backtracking! ✅ Listen up! Enter through the South Gate! It must be the South Gate! Even during the busiest winter and summer vacations, there’s no line, and you can smoothly enter the park~ 1️⃣ After entering through the South Gate, you can see flamingos, chimpanzees, meerkats, and more along the way, walking all the way to the Panda Paradise. The crowd is very light, perfect for taking great photos. 2️⃣ At Panda Paradise station, take the cable car around the park. In 25 minutes, you can overlook giraffes, elephants, and more. After one round, you return to Panda Paradise station. 3️⃣ Walk from Panda Paradise to the Children’s Playground and Asian Elephant Tribe, where you can dine at the restaurant. On the way out, see koalas, giraffes, and the white tiger diving show (every 30 minutes), then walk to Swan Lake. 4️⃣ By this time, it’s usually around 3 PM. Check the queue for the little train; it’s much better now. If there are still many people, you can stroll around Flower and Fruit Mountain first, then come back to take the little train. The last train is at 4:30 PM, and by then, you can usually board within 10 minutes 😊 5️⃣ Don’t miss Jurassic Forest and Golden Snake Secret Realm.
