Guangzhou Spring|Cloud Trail Hike|Yuexiu Park Sculpture Park

Spring in Guangzhou, though short, is quite pleasant~ When you don't want to stay at home, it's nice to take a walk on the cloud trail, bask in the sun☀️, breathe in the fresh air🌬️, and admire the blossoming trees🌸😌. 👣Route Yuexiu Park (Main Entrance) - Huaguoshan Park - Sculpture Park (Main Entrance) 📍Yuexiu Park Take the subway to Yuexiu Park Station (Exit B1). From the main entrance, follow the signs (or navigation) to find the entrance to the cloud trail. We made a detour to Beixiu Amusement Park to use the restroom and took some photos at Beixiu Public Square (the popular green chairs). Following the navigation, we arrived at the Bamboo Forest Scenic Area (many older people were exercising there early in the morning). A little further in is the Sunset Glow Plaza, which is the entrance to the Cloud Trail. On the mountain path below Weiwan Pavilion, you can also see panda sculptures, perfect for taking photos. The environment in Yuexiu Park is truly wonderful. 📍Huaguoshan Park The entire route is an elevated cloud trail. In addition to capturing the train tracks, you can also get shots of the Canton Tower. Recently, flowers have been in full bloom. Although some areas are closed off, it doesn't affect taking photos with the flowers. 📍Sculpture Park If you appreciate reinforced concrete structures, this is a must-visit. The largest sculpture group in Guangzhou is located here. This park is not as famous as other parks, so there are relatively few tourists, mostly nearby residents taking strolls. This is also one of the exhibition sites for the annual Horticultural Expo. Although the Expo has ended, the spring-themed installations are still on display. While not numerous, they are still picture-worthy. On weekends, you can also camp and play on the large lawn. 📝We didn't walk the entire route (Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall - Baiyun Mountain), but only a section in the middle. This route takes about 2 hours. It's an easy walk, even with children, but it's easy to get lost along the way😂. This route also connects to the subway🚇, making transportation convenient. There is only one small shop near the entrance of Sculpture Park, so it's recommended to bring your own water and some snacks. Take advantage of the pleasant weather and visit now before it gets too hot!
