🌟 Highlights: Yongqing Fang is located in the southwest of Guangzhou. The Pearl River forms a huge bay here, where the flow of the river slows down and the river network weaves together to surround a peaceful and fertile land. The earliest Guangzhou city was built here. It is said that in the Han Dynasty, lychees were planted in the river bay, which was called Litchi Bay. In the late Tang Dynasty, the poet Cao Song wrote a famous poem to describe the scenery of Litchi Bay: "The new fire in the leaves is better than the cold food, and the cinnabar on the tree is better than Jinzhou." In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Litchi Bay was already a famous tourist area in Guangzhou. The scene of fishermen going out to sea to fish in the morning and returning with a full load at dusk became one of the eight scenic spots in Guangzhou, known as "Litchi Bay Fishing Song".
