The total construction area is about 3,300 square meters. It is a European neoclassical style building. When it was first built, it was a landmark building in the center of Guangzhou Changdi's emerging commercial district. The building is regarded as a model of modern Western architecture in Guangzhou. It is also a landmark attraction of "Pearl River Night Melody", one of the "Eight New Scenic Spots of Guangzhou" in the new century. The building is very beautiful and is a famous check-in spot in Guangzhou. There are more than 8,000 collections in the museum, including a basic display of "History of the Development of Chinese Customs" and a special exhibition of "Guangdong Customs and the Maritime Silk Road".
