Speaking of watchtowers, people naturally think of the Kaiping watchtowers. In fact, there are 45 watchtowers in Luochang Village, Huashan Town, making it a veritable watchtower group. Although they are relatively scattered and some are facing disrepair, these watchtowers were built in the past to prevent bandits and floods, combining Western architectural designs to form buildings that integrate defense and aesthetics. Therefore, you will see that the windows are smaller than usual, and the building bases are very high. The green brick houses are relics from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, usually properties that have been built up by generations. Having a green brick house at home is a sign of a wealthy family, and in modern terms, it means you don't have to worry about getting married. The entire Huashan Town is well-designed with landscaping, with a view at every step. Not only public places but also every household, including restaurants and cafes, are filled with flowers and plants, with well-arranged placements and designs. Every corner you photograph looks like a forest-style blockbuster. Here, I also encountered love at the corner.
