Staying at the Conrad Guangzhou, I've never ventured out of Zhujiang New Town

Bringing my son to Guangzhou for a visit to Chimelong, I considered whether to stay in the city center or near Chimelong, and eventually chose Conrad. After staying, I really feel like I made the right choice 🌳Environment: The hotel's hardware facilities are quite good, right next to Tianhui Plaza, and just a walk through the mall from Liede subway station🚇. The hotel's swimming pool is not big, but the environment is quite nice, with an outdoor jacuzzi, but it was too hot so we didn't go out. 🏠Room Type: The room is quite spacious, with a dry and wet separated bathroom, equipped with a smart toilet, a spacious shower room with two sinks, and also a bathtub🛁 The bedding is very comfortable, just that the mattress is a bit soft, it seems you can ask customer service to change it, but we were only staying for two nights, so we didn't bother. 💁Facilities & Service: The service is okay, you can really feel that the front desk is average, but the room service is pretty good, they send a little bear and sesame candy when doing the turndown service. However, there were no welcome fruits, and the mini bar only had two bottles of mineral water, one bottle of cola, and one bottle of beer, which was a bit disappointing... The amenities from BYREDO are quite nice, but the toothpaste, toothbrush, and comb feel very cheap. 🍴Breakfast: The variety is quite rich, with shrimp dumplings, sticky rice chicken, wonton noodles, pork offal congee and other Cantonese morning tea items, as well as egg rolls, sausages, cereals, bread and other Western options, and there's a honeycomb, you can scrape off honey🍯, which is quite tasty. ⛱️Nearby Attractions: It's not far from Haixinsha, Canton Tower, and Liede Bridge, making it convenient to appreciate the Canton Tower and take a night cruise on the Pearl River. A taxi ride to Chimelong Zoo is just over twenty minutes, the overall geographical taste is quite good.
