✔️Hardware Facilities⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ According to the staff, this Ritz-Carlton in Guangzhou was built in 2008 and renovated later. The facilities are slightly old, but the materials used for the decoration are generously chosen, with marble everywhere you look. The decoration style is authentically American, exuding an air of old-money luxury. ✔️Location⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Located in Guangzhou's Zhujiang New Town, a leisurely evening walk can take you to the Canton Tower to enjoy the night breeze. The room we booked also had a view of the Canton Tower. Nearby are K11 and the Rosewood Hotel, and it's a 40-minute taxi ride from the airport. The location is indeed superior. ✔️Hotel Service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Ritz-Carlton is renowned for its service, and they didn't disappoint. Apart from the regular check-in process, one night our child was woken up by the kids next door. After we reported it to the hotel, they intervened, coordinated, and even brought us a comforting toy, quickly resolving the issue, which deserves praise. The hotel also has a spa center on the 4th floor, but I wouldn't highly recommend it as it's not very cost-effective. ✔️Breakfast⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perhaps because we had too many delicious foods in Guangzhou, the breakfast at this hotel was not particularly outstanding. However, it does feature Guangzhou's morning tea specialties such as congee, shrimp dumplings, and rice noodle rolls.
