Youmashan(油麻山)-Shiyaling(石芽岭) Trail is my second favorite hiking trail from Huangpu district cross Zengcheng district in Guangzhou, not only because we can hike in the shade in summer time, but also because there are a lot to enjoy and explore along the way: After around an hour walk, long and steep incline🆙➡️ Peak of Youmashan(油麻山)🔛Air-raid shelter➡️ Super steep abscent➡️View of a small reservoir➡️ Huafeng Temple➡️Shiyaling(石芽岭)--a pool formed from abandoned mine➡️Abandoned mine factory🔚 Tips: 1⃣ From the starting point, you can get some water and snacks walking across the village. 2⃣ For the air-raid, 30 minutes of visiting is enough. Come back from where you start and don't get out from another exit. 3⃣ It's forbidden to swim in the Shiyaling pools❌ 4⃣ The abandoned mine factory is definitely worth a visit, but watch out the old facility which could probably fall down. 5⃣ Strongly recommend to bring a drone for a full picture of the pools. 📍Exit B, Jinkeng Station, Line 21, 🏞 12-13 km 🕰 6-7 hours depending on your pace #hiking#naturalwonders#summervacation#hikingtrails#urbanexplorer
