Staying at this hotel on a rainy day made our Sanxingdui trip absolutely worthwhile!

Visiting Sanxingdui with kids during Dragon Boat Festival, we encountered rain! Initially worried our plans would be ruined, but unexpectedly... choosing the right hotel made everything perfect! Day1 Afternoon: It started raining after touring Sanxingdui, but luckily our hotel was just minutes away. Upon arrival, the butler handed us towels and tea—so thoughtful! Evening: The rain grew heavier, but the hotel looked stunning! White walls and black tiles bathed in misty rain, like a classic Jiangnan ink painting~ Kids fed koi fish🐟 by the pavilion while quietly making sachets🧵 (a free hotel activity!). The pitter-patter of rain made it even more serene and soothing than a sunny day~ Night: We dined at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant just for convenience, but the Guizhou sour soup hotpot turned out to be unexpectedly delicious! Day2 Morning: Woke up naturally and enjoyed a delightful breakfast—pure satisfaction~ Verdict: Rainy day + Sanxingdui + this hotel = perfect combo!
