Yamdrok Lake's Beauty

Yamdrok Lake, located in Nagarzê County, Shannan City, Tibet Autonomous Region, China, is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. The lake sits at an altitude of approximately 4,441m, covers an area of 638 sq km, has an irregular shape, a winding shoreline, and clear, blue-green water. Key Features: 1. Location: Situated at the northern foot of the Himalayas, approximately 110 km from Lhasa, it is a freshwater lake on the plateau. 2.
