Eating Kanjangjang near Gimpo Airport in Korea

Just like Japan has ramen and tsukemen, Korea has jajangmyeon and kanjangjang. In Japan, what is called jajangmyeon is known as jjajangmyeon in Korea. Kanjangjang is served with the noodles and sauce separately. The sauce is made by frying chunjang (black bean paste) in oil without adding water or starch, making it a bit greasy. Unlike jjajangmyeon, which has a thick sauce, kanjangjang's sauce is not thick. It is also characterized by an abundance of onions. However, it is even better to eat crab fried rice with kanjangjang sauce on top. I definitely prefer this. The free drink service is also nice.
