Yaumatei Tin Hau Temple ⛩️🇭🇰

#familytrips2024 The Tin Hau Temple Complex is a temple in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It comprises a row of five adjacent buildings: a Tin Hau Temple, a Shing Wong Temple, a Kwun Yum temple, Shea Tan and Hsu Yuen. The nearby Temple Street is named after it. Yau Ma Tei is a community that was once on the harbour front. Although land reclamation means it's no longer on the shore, fishermen still flock here to worship the Goddess of the Sea, Tin Hau. The temple is now a Declared Monument. We found this temple during city walk and it’s really a hidden gem that’s not widely mentioned! There are many elderly rest at the park in front of the temple. #hongkongtravelguide
