The shape of the castle and the view from it are both amazing

It is said to be the oldest wooden reconstructed replica castle tower in Japan. The castle itself is very similar to Ogaki Castle, which is also in Gifu Prefecture, and was modeled after it. Although the interior is made of wood, it has been reconstructed, so the stairs are not as steep as those of the existing castle tower and are easy to climb. The view from the top floor was beautiful, with a panoramic view of Gujo Hachiman city. If you go by car, there are many parking lots near the castle, but be careful as the roads are narrow and there is a lot of walking.
