Japanese ramen in Ghent

Therefore, there are many restaurants to choose from, including ramen shops that are quite difficult to find. Miss Yu is located near the parking lot, not far from the center of the tourist area, and is quite popular among the locals. We ordered pork bone ramen, miso tonkotsu, and red miso tonkotsu miso. The meats are available in beef, chicken, and pork belly with bacon. After trying it, the soup here is not as rich as the authentic Japanese soup, but the taste is quite good. The miso tonkotsu has a rather prominent salty miso flavor. As for the red miso tonkotsu, even though the menu says it is spicy, it is actually not spicy at all. However, the soup tastes more delicious than the first bowl. The pork is moderately soft. The ramen noodles are thick and round, boiled until soft and chewy.
