Enjoy a swim, with the mountains behind you

#surrounded by Nature The town of George in the Western Cape Province of South Africa, is not exactly on my list of favourable holiday destinations. Nevertheless, if you ever find yourself here, due to business or work requirements, consider staying at the "Town Lodge". The Hotel is fair, in terms of quality and affordability. The swimming pool area is a pleasure to visit, and guests can enjoy mountain views. Breakfast was on standard, with a fairly large variety on offer. The room itself was adequate, and the bed was comfortable. There is an in room safe available, as well as other basics that you would expect from a Hotel.
