Xiao Long Bao, also known as steamed soup dumpling, is actually minced pork and broth wrapped in thin dough skin, and traditionally steamed in bamboo steaming basket. The correct way to eat xiao long bao is to dip some vinegar and eat it whole with the sliced ginger so the dumpling will burst right in your mouth. The pork chop fried rice was good albeit the not-so-tender pork chop. Both the chicken soup and drunken chicken was good too. The noodles was mediocre.
