Tapas bar with a Halloween atmosphere

#Halloween2024 Halloween is coming soon, many restaurants are starting to decorate with a Halloween theme to make it look fun, especially a food and drink restaurant that serves tapas food that emphasizes sharing food and socializing like El Mundo. This restaurant is located in Genk, not far from the old mine that was converted into a tourist attraction, C-mine. There are both indoor and outdoor seating outside the restaurant, perfect for a relaxing dinner after sightseeing. The food style here is in the southern Mediterranean style, such as Spain, France, and even Mexican food that is close to Spanish food. For this meal, I ordered 2 main dishes. ➡️ Couscous with Iberico Rib This menu is Iberico pork from Spain baked with rosemary to make it fragrant, served with couscous and various vegetables. The taste of this dish is mild. The pork is still a bit dry and tough, but overall it's good. ➡️ Southern Style Sea Bass This dish is delicious. The sea bass is baked to perfection and served on soft and smooth mashed potatoes. Mixed with tomatoes, olives, capers, and shallots. It tasted more flavorful than the previous dish. The fish was fresh and didn't smell fishy. I liked it. ➡️ Purple Monkey "New" It's a mocktail made with ginger, lemon juice, and violet syrup.
