The population is only about 180,000, but already the second largest city in Switzerland. In speaking of Switzerland, it had become a neutral country in 1864 or before, and also the first convention was a convention to protect citizens. The Geneva Convention (1949) and its Additional Protocols (1977) are the main treaties comprising international humanitarian law. They are designed to protect military personnel who are not involved in or have withdrawn from hostile combat, as well as those who are not actively involved in hostile combat. They also limit the actions of the belligerent parties in hostile combat. From the first intraday convention in 1864, modern humanitarian law has gone through different stages of development. Often after war, they have to meet the ever-increasing need for humanitarian relief due to the development of weapons and nascent conflicts. Hundreds of conferences, exhibitions and celebrations are held in Geneva every year. Today I was fortunate enough to visit the United Nations headquarters and the Red Cross headquarters, which opened my eyes and felt the importance of no war, war will destroy national cities and will bring destruction to humanity Also hope that there will be no war on the whole earth.
