Staying at the Overwater Sunset Villa in Club Med Finolhu Maldives was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and taken to our private villa — perched over crystal-clear waters with uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. The villa was luxurious, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a private deck and direct access to the sea, perfect for a morning swim or sunset lounging. The highlight was definitely the sunset — every evening the sky turned into a canvas of pink, orange, and gold. It felt like time stood still. The tranquility and privacy made it perfect for a romantic getaway. Food at the resort was exceptional with a wide variety of international cuisines and fresh seafood. The all-inclusive service meant we didn’t have to worry about anything. Activities like snorkeling, paddle boarding, and daily entertainment kept us engaged, but nothing beat just relaxing in our villa, listening to the gentle waves beneath us. The staff were incredibly attentive and always made sure we were comfortable. Every little detail, from the turndown service to the surprise treats, made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for luxury, peace, and the most magical sunsets, Club Med Finolhu’s Overwater Sunset Villa is truly a slice of paradise. I can’t recommend it enough!
