Originally an ordinary commercial building, the SPDG team completed facade optimization, streamline reconstruction, and interior upgrades in 10 months, giving it a brand-new city gateway image. 💡 Design Highlights 1️⃣ Aluminum Panels: The Soul of the Building Double-curved aluminum panel curtain wall Triangular panels are spliced together to perfectly fit the building's curves. Parametric design (Rhino analysis) and total station positioning ensure the accuracy of each aluminum panel. The combination of transparency and solidity, aluminum panels and glass, perfectly showcases modernity and lightness. 12-meter cantilevered canopy The main entrance canopy is decorated with curved aluminum panels and supported by a three-layer steel structure, enhancing the overall visual impact. The aluminum panel decorative lines seamlessly connect with the curtain wall, creating a dynamic curved surface effect. 2️⃣ Curved Aesthetics and Space Optimization The main entrance and office entrance are integrated into the design, eliminating boundaries with large curvature curves to enhance transparency and recognition. The natural extension of curves from the 13th floor height strengthens the building's iconic nature while optimizing streamlines and functions. 3️⃣ Interior Design and Space Experience Lingnan Four Seasons Theme The lobby is 10 meters high, integrating nature and art, with Italian marble and Chinese ink painting contrasting and echoing each other, creating a rich layering. Guest Rooms and Views 304 guest rooms (16th-29th floors) are equipped with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering unobstructed city views. Revolving Restaurant The 30th-floor 360-degree revolving restaurant, the first of its kind in the western Bay Area, offers an ultimate view and dining experience. 4️⃣ Intelligence and Sustainability The hotel is equipped with an intelligent system that adjusts environmental parameters in real-time, providing guests with a comfortable and flexible stay experience.
