Art, Mountains & Zen Vibes at Museum SAN

#summervacay Museum SAN in Wonju totally blew me away, in the most peaceful, artsy way possible. It’s not just a museum, it’s like a full-on experience. First off, the location? Tucked up in the mountains, surrounded by nature, and designed to make you slow down. Even the walk from the parking lot felt like entering a meditation zone. The buildings are super sleek, all stone and light, and every corner feels Instagram-worthy without trying too hard. The exhibits mix modern art with calming, nature-inspired stuff, and there’s even a James Turrell section that made me feel like I was floating in light (seriously trippy and cool). Oh, and the Paper Gallery? Surprisingly awesome. Outside, there’s a flower garden, water features, and mountain views for days. It’s the kind of place you go to reset your brain. Definitely not a quick in-and-out stop, take your time, breathe it in, and just vibe.
