Achigari Valley

#summervacay Took a spontaneous trip out to Achigari Valley in Gangwon, and honestly? It’s the kind of place that makes you forget your phone exists. The hike itself is super relaxed, more like a scenic stroll through a forest that’s been quietly doing its thing for centuries. You’ve got a crystal-clear stream running alongside most of the path, so there’s this constant peaceful water sound that just hits different. The trail leads you through little wooden bridges, mossy rocks, and some hidden mini-waterfalls that feel straight out of a Ghibli movie. Nothing too steep or crazy, just enough trail to make it feel like you earned your snacks. Also, the air out there? Fresh-fresh. I dipped my feet in the stream near the end and just sat on a rock like a forest gremlin, soaking up the chill. If you're looking for a light hike with serious relaxation points, Achigari Valley is where it’s at. Total soul reset, 10/10 would wander again.
