This year, the Western Rose Festival was held for the first time, so there were a ton of people. Even though it is a festival, it is a place where you can see all these pretty flowers for free, so it is very popular, and if you don't go early, it is hard to see them. It was my second visit, but it is still a pretty place that I want to visit again next year.
