It specializes in innovative fusion of Huaiyang and Eastern Fujian cuisines. The restaurant's overall ambiance is very elegant, incorporating many distinctive cultural elements. The restaurant's signature crispy veal is my favorite—the contrast between the crispy exterior and juicy interior is absolutely exquisite. Another highlight is the freshly prepared tomato sour soup with yellow croaker, featuring a refreshing Guizhou sour soup flavor. 2️⃣ Jiangnan Zao · Rong Xiao Guan The restaurant is filled with elegant Jiangnan style, using seasonal local ingredients to present authentic Jiangnan home-style dishes. 3️⃣ Horizon Club Lounge Located on the 22nd floor, it offers 270-degree views of the city's beauty.
