Just came back from Fuzhou, here are my thoughts!

Recommended attractions - Historical and cultural attractions - Sanfang Qixiang: Known as the "living fossil of the Li-fang system" and the "museum of Ming and Qing architecture", it consists of three lanes, seven alleys, and a central street. You can visit the former residences of famous people such as Yan Fu and Bing Xin, and experience the historical and cultural heritage of Fuzhou.  - Shangxiahang: Once the commercial center and shipping port of Fuzhou, it is home to many ancient houses and guild halls, and is known as the "museum of traditional commerce in Fuzhou", where you can experience the prosperity of the old commercial port.  - Natural attractions - Pingtan Island: The fifth largest island in China, known as the "Maldives of China", with beautiful island scenery, you can play at the Tannan Bay Beach and watch the sunset at the Changjiang'ao Wind Farm.  - Gushan: A national scenic spot, it integrates mountains, water, temples, and gardens, you can climb the mountain for exercise, enjoy the cliff carvings, and visit the Yongquan Temple, a thousand-year-old temple with a strong incense.  - Urban leisure attractions - Fuzhou West Lake Park: The most well-preserved classical garden in Fuzhou, with many historical sites and unique garden landscapes, you can also take a walk or boat ride by the lake.  - Yantaishan Historical and Cultural District: It retains the mountain streets, Western-style buildings, and garden houses from a hundred years ago, with many specialty shops and creative parks, suitable for taking photos.  Recommended food - Specialty dishes - Buddha Jumps Over the Wall: The crown of Fujian cuisine, it is a pot of various mountain and sea delicacies, with a rich and mellow soup and soft and flavorful ingredients. - Litchi Pork: A traditional famous dish in Fuzhou, it is bright in color, shaped like a litchi, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and sweet and sour. - Snacks - Fuzhou Fish Balls: Made with fresh fish meat as the outer skin, the filling is full and juicy, with a chewy texture and a delicious soup. - Taro Paste: Made by steaming taro and mashing it into a paste, adding sugar, lard, and other seasonings, it is delicate, soft, and sweet.
