Mirai Shokudo serves healthy and delicious food made with plenty of local ingredients! ☺️ It's a popular restaurant, so it fills up as soon as it opens on weekends 🥺 I went right after it opened, but it was already full and I had to wait about an hour 🫣 so I recommend arriving before it opens! It looks great and tastes great too. I ordered a pesto, which was made with plenty of Sekigahara basil and I enjoyed the aroma 😊 It came with a small dish, soup, main pasta, drink and dessert for 1800 yen 🥺️🩵 It was good value for money and I was very satisfied! 📍Address 1908-1 Kanda, Sekigahara, Sekigahara-cho, Fuwa-gun, Gifu 503-1501 It's easy to access, about 10 minutes by taxi from JR Sekigahara Station.
