"Hakata Meidai Yoshizuka Unagiya" is the best~🍚

"The eel restaurant said to be the most delicious in Japan"... Yoshizuka Unagi in Hakata, which has been introduced as such, was really delicious😆 It is a long-established restaurant founded in 1873, and apparently they cook the eel in the fat that comes out of the surface of the eel when cooking it, so it has a nice crispy crust🥰　The sauce is served on a separate plate while you eat it, so it stays crispy until the end😊 They say that shirayaki = unglazed, but this one was also oily and delicious with wasabi~🤤 It goes really well with sake🍶❤️ It's a popular restaurant, so reservations are a must😊
