It has 25 dishes from appetizers, sashimi, boiled food, sushi to desserts. It claims that diners will not leave hungry. The king of shellfish in Hokkaido - Hokkien clams. Unexpectedly, the last dish was lobster sashimi with Hokkaido horse dung sea urchin, topped with caviar. It was a luxurious dish with the best value for money. The first thing you tasted was the salty fragrance of the caviar, followed by the unique sweetness of the sea urchin, and finally the sweetness of the lobster meat. It was definitely a delicacy that would blow your taste buds away. Next up is the real oysters from Nagasaki Prefecture, which are characterized by a sweet taste without too much seawater flavor. They are eaten with Tosa vinegar jelly to highlight the metallic taste in the aftertaste. Back to the sushi section, the next one to appear is Mahata sushi. The name is unfamiliar, but it is actually seven-banded grouper. The main feature is the firm texture and chewy texture. It is paired with the homemade three-liter pickle, which is delicious and fragrant. The Shirataki sushi is crisp and chewy, and the sweet taste of the geoduck lingers. The black sea bream sushi is grilled and the fat explodes, making it delicious. At the end, there was egg pudding, lobster meat and matsutake soup, sea salt condensed milk strawberry and green tea ice cream. The food was very thoughtful and not sloppy.
