When I was researching Fukui, I found out that it was actually famous as soul food, so I decided to try it! I ordered sauce cutlet bowl, which was freshly fried and absolutely delicious! It wasn't too thick, but light and easy to eat! The regular size was quite filling, so I ordered the ladies' set this time, but it was plenty big😊 The price wasn't too high, so it was reasonable and it felt like B-grade gourmet food, and it was great!
