Cherry blossom in Arakurayama Sengen Park

#cherryblossom2024 Cherry 🌸 flowers in Japan. Arakumayama Sengen Park (Yamanashi Prefecture) is famous for their view of cherry blossoms 🌸 with a backdrop of Mt Fuji and the five-storied pagoda Churyo. The park is located halfway up Mount Niikura, with approximately 650 cherry trees. In the spring, the Sakura Matsuri (cherry tree festival) is held. The park is famous for the fall season, but I climbed 398 steps to take a picture of the clouds buried in the green trees and Mt. Fuji. Now it's a representative view of Japan. Around noon, you might have to wait for hours in a long line to get to the observation deck.
