Fuji Tempura Idaten serves fresh and crispy tempura with a light batter that isn’t too oily. The udon was chewy and comforting, and the wagyu beef sushi was tender and flavorful. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere made it a great stop after exploring the area in the cold night. they even had a heater waiting area outside for the guests who are queueing for their seats. #idaten #fuji #tempura #japanese_food #japanesecuisine
