[Yamanashi Prefecture] Couleur: A farm cafe surrounded by a tranquil rural landscape

No-cafe Couleur is a restaurant run by a farmer in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture. They use plenty of seasonal vegetables and fruits from their own farm, Okita Farm, and serve vegan and vegetarian dishes that are carefully arranged with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The name of the restaurant, "Couleur," means "colorful" in French. As the name suggests, the food is so colorful you wouldn't think it was vegan. The building is a renovated old house, and the interior is decorated with dried flowers, creating a very stylish atmosphere. The dish in the photo is their signature "Colorful Plate." In July, they have a "Peach Plate," which is really all about peaches, with cold peach soup, peach salad, dressing, and cold peach pasta. Above all, the kushikatsu with carfu and onion was shockingly delicious.
