2D1N Family Trip in Foshan: Enjoy the New Year Without Leaving the Hotel

It's the school holidays! 😁 It was also my husband's friend's child's birthday, so we decided to celebrate and take the kids to Courtyard by Marriott Shunde Longjiang. The hotel was decorated with a festive New Year atmosphere. There were lots of games, a candy-themed children's play area, and an arcade room for the kids to enjoy. We had a great time on our 2D1N trip. 😊 🏨 Family Room We stayed in a family-themed room. It was spacious and perfect for families. The room was decorated with cute animals like pandas, koalas, and sharks. There was also a tent and toy train set. It was so much fun! We took lots of photos with our kids' camera. The room also had a large floor-to-ceiling window with a great view. ✨ Birthday Party The hotel was so thoughtful and arranged a birthday party for us. The decorations were so cute and fun, and the neon signs created a great atmosphere. We sang happy birthday, made a wish, and blew out the candles. It was an unforgettable birthday party. 🍱 Dinner Buffet - Momo Cafe There was a wide variety of seafood, Chinese, Western, and Japanese food, as well as Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and abalone rice. Everything was delicious! There was also a hot pot buffet with lots of ingredients to choose from. Eating hot pot in winter is such a treat! 🍳 Dim Sum - Yi Cui Guan We enjoyed some Cantonese dim sum with our friends. The fried milk, steamed chicken feet, steamed ribs, shrimp dumplings, shrimp rice rolls, potted egg tarts, and other pastries were all delicious. The ingredients were fresh and authentic. Both adults and kids were full and satisfied. 🍲 Chinese Food - Yi Cui Guan A Chinese meal is a must for a gathering with friends. The hotel's Chinese food was so delicious. The authentic Cantonese dishes were beautifully presented. The roast pigeon, caramelized char siu, and wasabi shrimp balls were especially good. We were so satisfied. 🎉 Candy-themed Children's Play Area The colorful children's play area was bright and spacious. There was a building block area, ball pit, slide, rocking horse, and climbing area. The kids had a great time playing with their friends. ❤️ Arcade Room There were lots of games that the kids loved, like rocking cars, racing games, claw machines, arcade motorcycles, and BabyBus. The kids took turns playing and had so much fun! New Year Entertainment (Jan 29–Feb 2): 😁 Childhood Games There were lots of fun activities, like traditional pitch-pot and ring toss, as well as board games like Ludo, Chinese checkers, and hopscotch. The kids got to experience the games we played as children. They laughed and had a great time. 🎦 Children's Movies There were lots of children's movies to choose from.
